We got this as a shower gift before our daughter was born. It worked well for a few months and then the on/off button stopped working. We managed to tape a little rubber nub over it to hold it down so it still works, but we have to unplug it to turn it off which is annoying. There also does seem to be a good deal of interference sometimes, and the volume control is not very good. Even on the lowest setting with sound coming out it can be quite loud, we’ve never turned it above that. We probably would not buy another one, but it has worked well to keep an eye on the kids.
